Ann Marie has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2016. She creates a warm welcome and comfortable space for youpractice yoga. She consistently introduces stillness for each participant to connect with their breath to ‘feel how the body’ is feeling in that moment. As everyone begins to master and become attuned to their breath; the magic of movement through one asana to another, or the practice begins to unfold. Individuals learn to connect to feel how their bodies move; this leads to a variety of health benefits.
Ann Marie offers private lessons to individuals and small groups; classes can be customized to meet the needs of the individual or group. Additionally, Ann Marie teaches at Yogaflow Langley and in White Rock at the TZFitness Yoga studio.
